It is unlikely that you'll find a Broholmer for sale at your local pet store or even in the local classifieds (but it doesn't hurt to look). Your best bet for finding a Broholmer will be contacting a reputable Broholmer breeder. Since the Broholmer isn't a common dog you may have to travel a bit to find a breeder and/or be placed on a waiting list for the next litter.
Fortunately, since broholmers are not in high demand, it is likely that most breeders will be very experienced with the Broholmer breed and will be passionate about what they're doing. These type breeders are often responsible for extremely healthy offspring that show the personality and spirit of the breed.
What about rescues? A Broholmer rescue is an excellent option for experienced dog owners looking to adopt a Broholmer. Due to the breed's size and protective nature we don't recommend inexperienced dog owners adopt a rescue Broholmer as the breed may quickly become overwhelming for new dog owners, especially if it has had a troubled past.
